New Director of Nursing & Compliance Officer—Stephany Lichter, RN, MSN.

It is with a great deal of excitement that we announce our new Director of Nursing & Compliance Officer—Stephany Lichter, RN, MSN.

Stephany brings a strong background in quality improvement and patient experience. She comes to us from Ascension where she was the Regional Manager of Patient and Family Experience. Stephany was also responsible for Quality Improvement for 4 hospitals. In her earlier position, she was Med-Surgical Manager where she lead 60 RNs and 40 aids. Stephany past experiences, leadership and quality skills are a tremendous resource for St. Monicas. 

Stephany is married to Jason and has two children, Megan is 15 and Jack is 12. She also has a dog, named Dexter who takes her walking. They live in Franksville. When time allows, Stephany likes to run and has participated in several marathons. She likes to read but her favorite pastime is being with her family and friends Stephany welcomes visitors in her office, located next to the café area. She is excited to be part of the St. Monica’s team. Please take a moment to stop in a say hi to her.
