For over 50 years, St. Monica’s Dining Service has been serving meals that are based on the belief that fresh, locally sourced, cooked from scratch food is what our residents deserve. Our tasty and nutritious menus are based on our residents’ favorite dishes and have a Midwestern appeal.
We know that food is a comfort sensation and our home cooked meals reflect the many ethnic and cultural tastes of our residents. You’ll find homemade rouladen, liver and onions, lasagna, cabbage rolls, stuffed pepper, pizza, chicken and dumplings, donuts, desserts and snacks.
Special diets are not a problem, we enjoy knowing the food we prepare supports and satisfies our residents.
When we say locally sourced, we are pleased that we have been working with Sysco for over 15 years with their locally sourced program. That means that whenever possible, Sysco buys from local farm sources between Chicago and Milwaukee.
