Meadowbrook Country Club

Important Golf Outing Update:

Due to the heavy rainfall and saturated course conditions, Meadowbrook Country Club has officially cancelled the golf portion of our outing. The course is not playable, even with modifications. Meadowbrook will be providing golf vouchers to all registered golfers. Each golfer will receive a voucher for a future round, which can be used at a later date once the course has fully dried out. This ensures everyone still receives the full value of their golf experience.

The dinner portion of our event is still happening as planned. Doors will open at 4:00 PM for raffles, social time, and check‑in. Dinner will be served at 5:00 PM. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. We appreciate everyone’s support and look forward to a wonderful evening together.

Our Memory Care community has been a place of comfort, care, and connection for nearly a decade and is now ready for enhancement. This year, funds will support fresh flooring and paint, along with sensory stations, activity kits, specialized furniture, and music therapy. These thoughtful updates will engage the senses and help community members living with dementia feel calm, connected, and truly supported bringing greater comfort, dignity, and joy to their daily lives.
